Ohmcraft Changes Name to MicroPen Technologies Corporation

Honeoye Falls, N.Y., February 22, 2008—Ohmcraft announced today that it is changing its name to MicroPen Technologies Corporation. The new name reflects the company’s commitment to expand the uses of its proprietary MicroPen® Technology throughout the electronic, biomedical, and medical device markets.

The newly named MicroPen Technologies will maintain its headquarters in Honeoye Falls. Ohmcraft will operate as a division of MicroPen Technologies, continuing as a leader in high-performance resistor design and manufacturing.
